The RSE coaches not only coach teams, they also facilitate the basketball skills programs and one-on-one training.

Alonzo "Zo" Richmond

RSE Coach

After a successful 4 year career at Phillips University which included All-Conference and All Academic honors, Alonzo Richmond played and traveled within 26 different countries during his professional basketball career. He now takes all that knowledge and international experience; excited to pass it on to the youth of the USA. His success one and off the court was simple in his mind; master the fundamentals and never let anyone outwork you. The game of basketball is changing and to be successful you must have the ability to be versatile. He always thought if he knows how to play every position he will have more of a chance to play. After retiring from professional basketball, Zo coached High School basketball for 4 years, appearing in the state tournament in 2 of those years with former college basketball teammate and current Del City HS Boys Head Basketball Coach Lenny Hatchett. Coaching high school is where he saw that kids were lacking the fundamentals of the game and this is how and why RSE Basketball was created.
