RSE Basketball offers all of the training necessary to help kids master the fundamentals of basketball, driven by former professional and collegiate athletes. Through our training process, not only do RSE athletes improve their basketball skills, but they also learn valuable life-long lessons. We strive to instill a strong work ethic and consistent commitment within our kids therefore, enabling them to witness hard work and dedication pay off.
Individual Skills Training
We develop our players’ skills, improves their confidence, and instills a work ethic that has led to a culture in which players value individual development. This, in turn, produces players who work on their game on their own, and as these players see success it has encouraged our entire team to spend time in the gym outside of practice.
Group Skills Training
Some athletes need motivation for them to push themselves. They need to see that other kids their age and/or skill level are wanting to get better and in turn, their natural inner competitor comes out to outperform their teammate. Our group skills workout will do exactly that.
Team Training
If you are a team that has been together and want to continue playing together please contact us and we can do workouts geared to how your team plays. We will sit down with the coaches to talk about their philosophy and cater a practice specifically for your team.
Position Specific Training
This consists of specific skill position work. If you need help with ball handling that’s what the focus will be. If you need post work then that’s what we will focus and work on. We will work on whatever you or your coach thinks you need to work on.
Speed, Agility, and Strength Training
You cannot get better if you are not getting stronger and faster. Our speed and agility work will do exactly that.
